Alpha Superworkshop 2017

This is the 5th Superworkshop hosted by Sony Malaysia. This time Sony Malaysia had moved the stage to Kota Bahru, Kelantan; a place in the northern peninsula Malaysia that is rich of culture.

It was a 2days 2 nights trip(departed 14July night & coming back on 16July) where transportation was arranged to pick up participants from Johor Bahru, Kuala Lumpur and Penang, also some came with their own transport. Total of 184 participants joined.

Since this round the theme is about culture. All famous events in Kelantan, like gasing (world biggest spinning top),  batik making, wau(world biggest kite) making, monkey plugging coconut, silat(Malaysian martial arts), mayong(Malaysian dance).. etc were listed in the program to let alpha users to experience it.
Of cause Sony Malaysia also loaned out their gears to the participants. Highlights was their speed master; a9. Many got to have chance to experience how the a9 can handle the need of speed.

During the dinner, Sony Malaysia invited 3 speakers; Ruzely (SWPA2015 winner), Rosli (A7sm2 KOL) , Eddie Putera (a7Rm2 KOL) to share their Alpha experience.

On the second day, the program was in the signature wet market of Kota Bahru; the Central Market. Participants not just only filling their memory card with the local lifestyle, some of them got chance to buy some of the local products as their souvenirs for this trip or to their families.

The event ended around 12pm on 16July(Sunday). You still can see Participants kept posting images or sharing their experience on their social media, reflecting how much the participants enjoyed this Superworkshop.
