In conjunction with KL International Art Festical 2017 by DiverseCity, a set of complementary royal photography exhibition was held in the Edge Galerie, Mont’ Kiara from 1 Sep -17 Sep, 2017. Featuring photographs by HRH the late Sultan of Terengganu, Almarhum Sultan Ismail Nasiruddin Shah. On the wall of the exhibition hall, there were many black and white pictures of early days Malaya and the newborn Malaysia.
On 16 Sep 2017, there was a talk by Raja Ihsan (Grandson of Almarhum Sultan Ismail Nasiruddin Shah and custodian of the photo archival collection). Sharing the “photography moment” he had with his grandfather.
A monograph of HRH the late Sultan of Terengganu, Almarhum Sultan Ismail Nasiruddin Shah life as photographer was written and published in August 2013 by Raja Ihsan and heir of his photograph archives.
Specialized in creating experience thru his images.
Graduated from Nippon Photography Institute, Tokyo 1995.
Also a trainer for Sony Malaysia on Alpha Photography Workshop.
