Jan 2018 : If Life Likens A River
In ancient Greece, there was saying: “You couldn’t step twice into the same river.”
As change is the constant element in this world, people constantly pursue, achieve and lose.
Birth as the beginning; we flow towards death.
In this river of life, every object we see along the bank cannot be held tangibly.
However, photography grants us the wish to keep a fragment of the objects with light.
Light as dust, nonethless–they remind us that we once exist in life.
I try to express different dimensions of the world through photography.
Where as, In this photography exhibition ,I focus on the theme of faces.I repeatedly use reflections to manifest according to this theme, trying to quest the ‘isness’ of Life through it.
